Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

By using Tajirun, you agree to this. If you don't, don't use the product. "Tajirun," "we," "us" refers to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. "You" refers to the person or business signing up.

1. The account

You need an account to use Tajirun. You're responsible for what happens under it — keep your login secure and tell us if it's compromised. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Ownership

You own your recordings, transcripts, and the training material we build for you. We own the underlying system — the software, models, prompts, and methods we use to build it. You don't get a license to resell, white-label, or redistribute what we make for someone else, and we don't get a license to use your call content beyond running and improving your setup (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Plans and billing

Individual is $149/month for one seat. Teams are quoted based on seats and usage. Billing runs on a recurring cycle from the date you sign up. Either side can cancel effective at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial periods, but you keep access to what's already been delivered (your recordings, transcripts, and exports remain yours to pull per the Privacy Policy). We'll give notice before any price change takes effect on your next renewal.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for:

  • Getting proper consent to record every call you put through Tajirun, and following the recording and wiretapping laws that apply where you and the people you call are located.
  • Making sure you have the rights to any content (scripts, integrations, contact data) you upload or connect.
  • Not using Tajirun for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to record calls without a lawful basis for doing so.

We don't listen in as a hidden third party on live calls you didn't send through the system, and we're not a party to the calls themselves — that's between you and whoever you're calling.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the system; don't use it to build a competing product using our underlying code or models; don't resell access without a written agreement with us.

6. No guarantee of results

Tajirun is a tool — it transcribes, analyzes, and coaches. It doesn't close deals for you. We're not liable for a sale that doesn't happen, a call that doesn't get recorded due to a technical failure, or a transcript/insight that turns out to be inaccurate. Review anything the system generates before you rely on it for a business decision.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Tajirun up and running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll try to give notice of planned maintenance that affects your usage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tajirun isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost deals, lost data) arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the system. You can cancel anytime, subject to Section 3.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify account admins by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: reach us from the contact page, or email [CONTACT EMAIL].
